Technical Management includes coordination with support functions for resources besides Quality Control and Configuration Management. Specific activities like Quality Control and Configuration Management are often delegated to the next level depending upon the size and complexity of the project.

We follow documented processes and procedures that commence from responding to Request for Proposals until final delivery. Standard project planning methodology and tools are used to monitor projects closely. All projects are managed with the help of a detailed Project Management Plan that include a technical plan and schedule, prepared and maintained using the Project Manager's Workbench and a Configuration Management Plan. Quality Control reviews are used to monitor the progress of the configuration items to the next stage of development and the tracking of configuration items is done with the help of a configuration item database set up for the project. Quality Assurance (QA) audits are carried out on projects on a periodic basis at a corporate level. The QA process ensures adherence to the formal Quality Management System and Procedures at Innominds Inc. Over the years, the number of non-conformities has steadily declined with a full forward feedback mechanism in place.

Quality reviews are conducted at every milestone. These reviews attempt to refine the development process. The reviews cover:

Realignment of plans as per customer needs
    Technical reviews
    Review of communication procedures, and
First hand meeting with Innominds management and client representatives
