Project Management at Innominds is the effective steering of a project to its successful completion on time and within budget. We believe in strong project management skills that are essential ingredient to a successful endeavor. Each project is assigned a Project Manager, who together with the support of the senior management, ensures that the work as defined in a contract or agreed scope of work, is completed to the satisfaction of the client. The Project Manager interfaces with the client and is the single point of contact for the client on all technical issues. He/she in turn liaisons with the project development team and is responsible for all facets of the project through its completion and delivery to the client, including conducting periodic project status meetings and reviews. Innominds also designates one Account Manager for each project to act as a focal point of communication for all commercial and contractual issues.
